The first all-new Honda CR-V since 2006 will feature a bolder front end that takes on a more aggressive demeanour than its predecessor. Honda says it will offer more space than before, along with a lower floor in the rear storage area. Expect more efficient engines, including a diesel. It will also be the first CR-V to offer a front-wheel-drive variant.

Honda’s facelifted CR-V won't arrive in Australia until well after its European rollout, in mid-2010. The new-look CR-V gets a fresh grille and revised front and rear bumpers. The new 110kW/350Nm 2.2-litre diesel released in Europe has been ruled out for Australia.
