Step 2: Send GoAuto your details

Step 3: GoAuto generates a buyer profile

Our friendly GoAuto Response Team calls you to generate a buyer profile. This GoAuto Interview is designed to help participating dealers to start off on the right foot so they understand fully from the beginning how they can best help you at this point of your search for a new car.

  • What car you are interested in driving
  • The features and equipment you want
  • Desired colours and trims
  • How you would like to pay for it
  • Details on whether you are trading your current car
  • When you will be available to take a test drive
  • What is the most suitable time for the dealer to be in touch
  • Whether you would like the test car to be brought to your office or home
  • Would you prefer to view and drive the car at the dealership

We send the written Buyer Profile to the nearest participating dealer who is working with us to ensure you are looked after professionally.

Step 4: Dealership gets in touch

Dealer sales staff will contact you to confirm arrangements to view or drive a car at your home or office or to visit the dealership at a time that suits you.

Step 5: GoAuto follows up with you

A week or so later, the GoAuto Response Team will follow up with you to see what progress you are making in your enquiry and whether you are happy with the process. We report in writing to the dealer on the success of your inquiry and your satisfaction on the courtesy and respect shown to you.

If you are still in the market, the GoAuto Team will let the dealer know or put you in touch with another dealer.
