Ford’s aggressively styled Ranger Raptor dual-cab ute will rocket in mid-year, powered by a new twin-turbo 2.0-litre diesel engine matched to a 10-speed automatic transmission, and sporting an updated chassis, beefier suspension and brakes.

The fourth-generation Santa Fe large SUV has picked up a fresh design inside and out, improved ride and handling and more active safety technology. BMW’s first M-tuned X3 variant, the X3 M40i, will hit Australian showrooms in July at a starting price of $99,900 plus on-road costs. Powering the medium SUV is BMW’s signature 3.0-litre turbocharged inline six-cylinder, this time making 265kW of power and 500Nm of torque.
