Victory is mine: Ford star Marcos Ambrose has claimed his first V8 Supercar championship after an eventful weekend of racing at Eastern Creek. The Stone Brothers Racing Pirtek Falcon BA driver won Saturday’s 150km warm-up easily after qualifying fourth, and then also took victory in Sunday’s far more controversial 250km epic. That race included the angry clash between HRT ace Mark Skaife and Ambrose’s team-mate Russell Ingall that ended with Skaife hurling abuse at his rival from the track
