DUTCH supercar maker and Formula One constructor Spyker Cars is now represented in Australia, following the appointment of P1, The Supercar Club as its official road car distributor.
P1 has advised it will make available the open-top Spyker C8 Spyder and hard-top C8 Laviolette supercars, as well as the D12 Peking to Paris SUV.
The C8 models are powered by a mid-mounted 300kW V8, while the D12 is propelled by a 6.0-litre Volkswagen W12 engine.

Associated with the automotive and aeronautical industries for more than a century, the Spyker brand was reborn in 2000, when it began producing hand-made supercars.
It developed a Le Mans series race car based on the C8 Spyder and in 2006 took over the British Midland racing to form the Spyker MF1 Racing Forumla One team.
Australia joins orders North America, Europe, the Middle East, China and South East Asia as Spyker markets, while P1 was officially launched in 2006 by Mark Webber in Sydney, heralding the concept of shared access to supercars.
P1 says it boasts a supercar fleet worth more than $6 million, with members using the cars between 40 to 70 days per year. P1 is open for orders now and can be contacted on 1300 135 639.
