CX-9

1 Dec 2012

MAZDA’S seven-seat CX-9 SUV came in for a major overhaul in late 2012, with a new corporate face bringing it into line with the rest of the Japanese car-maker’s local line-up.

After having its world debut at the Australian International Motor Show in Sydney, the CX-9 arrived with more standard gear including Bluetooth streaming, USB connectivity and satellite navigation.

Mazda also upgraded the interior of the SUV by adding Bordeaux-coloured trim strips on the centre console and coloured stitching on new suede door trims as well as an upgraded infotainment system.

The 204kW 3.7-litre V6 petrol engine with a six speed auto remained unchanged from the previous version.
