Mk2 CR-V

1 Dec 2001

Being Mk7 Civic-based, the all-new Mk-2 CR-V also ditched the front wishbone suspension for struts, with a big improvement in refinement and dynamic abilities.

There were now significant improvements to ride, handling, refinement and safety, pushing the part-time 4WD CR-V to the top of its class. ABS brakes were standard from late 2002.

Again the range was base and Sport, with the 2003 and 2004 Winter Classic editions available on both models.
