Paradise funeral set for Thursday

A LARGE contingent from the motor industry is expected to join family and friends mourning the passing of Geoffrey Paradise when his funeral is held at Palmdale Lawn Cemetery and Memorial Park’s Hillside Chapel, 57 Palmdale Rd, Palmdale, on Thursday February 26 at 11.30am.

Mr Paradise died on Tuesday after succumbing to injuries suffered in a crash between his car and a school bus near his home at Matcham, on New South Wales’ central coast last week.

A veteran of 40 years in the motor industry as a journalist and publisher, Mr Paradise was most recently senior manager of public affairs for Daimler Truck and Bus.

Palmdale is near Ourimbah, off the M1 Pacific Highway between Gosford and Wyong.
