Honda's third-generation Jazz hit Australian shores in July 2014 with an updated front fascia and more rounded look than its predecessor.
Honda improved its famous “Magic Seats,” with 18 different configurations, and offered more cabin space by using a lower fuel-tank and redesigning the rear wheel-arch.
Honda offered just one powertrain from launch – a 1.5-litre four-cylinder i-VTEC motor, making 88kW of power and 145Nm of torque while returning a fuel economy figure of \5.8L/100km when matched with the new Earth Dreams CVT.
Standard features included LED headlights and tail-lights, height and reach adjustable steering wheel, four-speaker stereo, 12-volt power outlet and 15-inch steel wheels. Honda also threw in its Display Audio seven-inch touch screen with reversing camera, AM/FM radio, CD player, Bluetooth connectivity, two USB ports and an HDMI port.
Moving up trim levels added features such as leather seats, electric folding mirrors, fog-lights, bigger wheels, chrome accents and rear spoiler.
