Genesis expands Aussie dealership network

GENESIS Motors Australia has officially opened three new retail showrooms this week: Genesis Brisbane, Genesis Gold Coast, and Genesis Melbourne.

The new showrooms join existing retail outlets in Parramatta and Perth, and flagship studios in Melbourne and Sydney.

Each is said to present a minimalist décor reflecting Genesis’ vehicles, and embodying a Korean aesthetic philosophy that emphasises the ‘Beauty of White Space’.

Starring against this backdrop, and under an array of bright lights, a range of Genesis models aims to showcase the brand’s “audacious, progressive, and distinctly Korean lines and contours”.

A full range of models – including the GV60, G70, GV70, Electrified GV70, G80, GV80 and Electrified GV80 – are available to test drive.

The expansion of the Genesis retail network comes as the brand expands its model range, meeting what it says is a growing appetite for its vehicles among Australian buyers.

“Our new showrooms showcase the Genesis line-up in a stylish, minimalist environment, where customers can experience the unprecedented luxury that is at the core of everything our brand does,” said Genesis Motors Australia head Justin Douglass.

“We warmly invite our guests in Queensland and Melbourne to the new Genesis showrooms to experience our vehicles for themselves.”

Mr Douglass said the Genesis retail network gives every customer the opportunity to interact with the brand in the way that suits them, whether it is online, in a flagship studio, or at one of the brand’s five showrooms.

Genesis’ Australian showrooms are also set to showcase the stunning Genesis X Convertible Concept which made its global debut back in 2022.

The model will make its Australian debut at the SailGP international sailing competition in Sydney from February 24 before embarking on a roadshow across the eastern seaboard.

It will be displayed first in Genesis’ Sydney and Melbourne studios before heading north to Brisbane and the Gold Coast over the coming months.
