Edag gets fully sick in Melbourne

Special: Edag-fettled Porsche features a lower, beefier bodyshell.

Edag shows its engineering ability with a chopped, high-tech Cayenne Turbo one-off

5 Mar 2007

INTERNATIONAL design and engineering house Edag – which includes Australia as one of its international ports – demonstrated its work at the Melbourne motor show on Friday via a modified Porsche Cayenne Turbo it has (unimaginatively) dubbed the "Edag SUV".

In an effort to make the German sports SUV even more eye-catching, Edag has lowered the roofline by 70mm, added muscular wheelarch flares, large front air-inlets and 23-inch wheels with ultra-low-profile 315/25-section tyres, finishing off with a dazzling matt red paint finish.

Inside, there are four sports seats separated by a futuristic, full-length centre console that houses an on-board infotainment system with Blaupunkt monitors, a DVD player and Sony PS2 game console.
