Zeekr 7GT set to make its Aussie debut

ZEEKR is set to showcase its exciting new 7GT Shooting Brake at the forthcoming Sydney International EV Show to be held at the ICC from 31 October to 2 November.

Making its first public appearance in Australia, the Zeekr 7GT will be joined on stage by the 7X SUV, 009 MPV, and X – all of which are available for attendees to explore.

Presented in left-hand drive configuration, the 7GT offers Shooting Brake style looks, and cutting-edge electric performance.

Zeekr says the model features advanced silicon carbide e-motors capable of accelerating it from standstill to 100km/h in less than three seconds.

The high-performance model further features 800-volt electrical architecture, all-wheel drive, a 100kWh battery pack, a drag coefficient of just 0.19Cd, and a claimed driving range of 825km (CLTC).

Zeekr says the combination allows not only exhilarating performance but ultra-fast charging, the model capable of replenishing from 10-80 per cent in just 10.5 minutes.

Designed at Zeekr’s global design centre in Gothenburg, Sweden, the 7GT is said to embody a Scandinavian design philosophy with a sleek exterior and a meticulously crafted interior.

Built on Zeekr’s Sustainable Experience Architecture platform, the 7GT is said to offer benefits including generous interior space, high performance, sharp handling, and impressive efficiency.
