VOLKSWAGEN Australia has added the Tiguan Allspace Life 132TSI variant to a range of models now available with three- and five-year Care Plans offered.

The German importer says the servicing bundles are part of a local initiative aimed at reducing the cost of ownership for VW customers, the three-year plan expected to save owners of the variant $1650.

It says the initiative is “designed to help offset global cost increases faced by all brands in the areas of supply chain and logistics”.

Additionally, Volkswagen Australia is offered a limited-time drive-away price of $49,990 on the Tiguan Allspace Life 132TSI until 31 March 2023.

The Tiguan Allspace Life 132TSI joins models including the Passat wagon, Passat Alltrack, Arteon and Touareg in offering five years’ free servicing if purchased before 31 March 2023.

Volkswagen says the offer can save owners of respective vehicles $2400 (Passat 140TSI), $2500 (Arteon 140TSI), $2700 (Arteon 206TSI), $2800 (Passat 162TSI), $3000 (Passat 206TSI and Touareg 170TDI) and $3600 (Touareg 210TDI).

All models listed are available for immediate delivery.

According to Volkswagen Australia, the Care Plan servicing initiative will continue to be complemented by “sharp drive-away pricing and finance offers” on selected VW variants, including:

T-Cross Life (a)

T-Cross Style (a)

Tiguan Allspace Life 132TSI (a)

Tiguan Allspace Adventure 162TSI (a)

Touareg 170TDI (a)

Further, Volkswagen Australia says it will offer special finance packages on T-Roc Style and R-Line variants, Tiguan Life, Elegance and Monochrome variants on top of the servicing plans included on T-Roc Style and R-Line.

Speaking previously on VW’s free servicing initiatives, Volkswagen Australia passenger vehicles brand director, Michal Szaniecki, said that the servicing offers “ensure that we are thinking of Volkswagen customers now, and after purchasing a vehicle”.
