The basic Prius has a basic six-speaker sound system with AM/FM radio and CD player, but the i-Tech version gets a nine-speaker premium JBL audio with six-CD changer in the dash, as well as a cassette player. Both systems can be controlled from steering wheel mounted buttons, although more complex functions are accessed via the centre video screen.
