LANDCRUISER uses a live axle front and rear for all models except the top-of-the-range GXV, which now features an independent double wishbone front suspension. Improvements to the standard set-up include increased track, increased wheel articulation and a new locally developed suspension calibration (basically more damping and thicker stabiliser bars). New bushings for the rear end dampers and control arms were also used to improve ride comfort.
