AIR-CONDITIONING is standard equipment on Corolla Conquest, Levin and Ultima grades. The overall HVAC system has improved markedly over its predecessor with greater capacities, increased efficiency ratings and reduced noise among the benefits. The new system includes side defroster nozzles to de-fog the side windows a long butterfly door to enhance efficiency and operational ease of directing airflow a lighter and more compact air-conditioning compressor a semi-centre type HVAC unit to increase front passenger room and snap-in units in each HVAC link to improve recyclability. Large rotary dials for the major controls make adjustment a simple process.
