ULTIMA'S stopping power comes from four-wheel disc brakes, ventilated at the front. The rear discs are included on Corolla models when the four-sensor, four-channel anti-lock braking system is either specified or optioned.

Currently, Levin and Ultima Seca are the only other models with standard ABS/rear discs. All other Corollas rely on rear drum brakes.
