THE 380N Camry has areas of complete change and others where absolutely nothing has happened.

The look of the car inside and out is obviously new and there is also more of it compared to the old car, but the platform it attaches to is updated rather than a complete change (see "Standout Features").

The V6 engine and manual and automatic gearbox choices remain as before for Altise, but there's also a four-cylinder engine and accompanying transmissions which are new to Camry (although seen here already in the Tarago people mover).

The suspension design remains fundamentally the same although local tuning levels are higher than ever. But the brakes, steering rack (pictured), seats and headlights are new. Toyota calls this Camry all-new, but it's more like a fair-bit new.
