SUZUKI Australia has extended its Six Day Super Sale national driveaway pricing another month – with price increases for key models.

Effective until June 30 Australia-wide except Queensland, the new Suzuki price list includes all statutory and dealer delivery charges and includes pricing movements that range from a $500 price cut for the APV van and range-topping Grand Vitara V6 to a $3000 price increase for the Grand Vitara diesel.

Suzuki’s most popular model, the Swift, increases in price by $500 to $17,490 for the entry-level 1.5 manual (auto: $19,190), while the Swift LE manual rises by $1100, from $18,690 to $19,790 (auto: $21,490) and continues to include alloy wheels, keyless starting, Alcantara seat trim and climate-control air-conditioning.

The mid-range Swift S manual price increases by $100, from $18,690 to $18,790 (auto: $20,490), while the flagship Swift Sport manual remains at $24,990 and continues to comprise a 1.6-litre engine, 17-inch alloys, sports bodykit, side curtain airbags and electronic stability control (ESC).

Similarly, SX4 sedan and hatch prices increase by $500 at base level, from $19,990 to $20,490 for the SX4 2WD manual (auto: $22,490), the SX4 S sedan increases by $500 and the SX4 S hatch remains unchanged, bringing both body styles into line at $23,490 (auto: $25,490).

While the APV commercial’s price has been trimmed by $500, from $18,990 to $18,490, that of the Jimny Sierra rises by $1000 – from $19,990 to $20,990 as a manual (auto: $22,990).

Finally, while the Grand Vitara three-door manual’s $27,490 starting price remains unchanged (as does the auto at $29,490), the entry-level five-door Grand Vitara 2.4 manual is now priced $2000 higher at $32,990 (auto: $34,990).

The manual-only Grand Vitara DDiS turbo-diesel increases in price by a substantial $3000, from $34,990 to $37,990 – the same price at the Grand Vitara Prestige 2.4 auto (up $500). The Grand Vitara Prestige V6 auto continues to top the Suzuki range, but is now $500 less expensive at $39,990 driveaway.
