REBEL springs to mind.

After a decade of quiet and refined Euro hot hatches, the noisy, rumbling WRX bursts back on to the scene with renewed purpose to match the fresh vigour engineered into it.

Suddenly the Subaru looks and feels hungry again, with a devil-may-care attitude that reignites the excitement (and even a bit of the fear) that’s been missing from the last three generations.

And all this from the cheapest version ever sold.

The ‘90s are in vogue and we’re in love with driving the Rex all over again.

Don’t buy that VW GTI before cross-shopping the WRX.
