THE idea is simple - dress up the Impreza hatch to resemble the well-regarded Outback wagon and let the combination of all-wheel drive, dual-range transmission (on manual variants) and a comprehensive features list speak for itself. There's no genuine off-road enhancements made to the RV model and, like others in the stable, it is an expensive proposition.
