Proton Gen.2 goes drive-away

PROTON Cars Australia is offering drive-away pricing on 2004-plated Gen.2 models.

The deal is restricted to baseline L-Line models, which are priced from $17,990.

Standard kit for the 1.6-litre Malaysian hatchback includes air-conditioning, dual airbags, remote locking and a trip computer.

Automatic transmission is another $2000.
