THE steering wheel on all models is height adjustable over a range of 35mm. In something of a revolution, the horn is now contained within the steering wheel, rather than on a column stalk. Activation of the horn has gone from French quirk to good old-fashioned simplicity - press any part of the steering wheel pad for the trumpet. Windows and (heated) external mirrors are electrically operated. Front wipers vary speed dependent on strength of the rain. An optical rain sensor is located at the top of the windscreen. Drivers who wear size 10 or above shoes may experience some difficulty with the pedal layout, which positions the brake and accelerator close together.
