THE Patrol uses a conventional lever to select four-wheel drive, high or low range. The Patrol's steering column is adjustable for height. Electric window switches are mounted on the driver's door. Rear view mirror controls are on the right-hand side of the instrument panel. The driver's side power window has a safety device that lowers the window by 150mm if the opening between frame and window is blocked.
