Small change for Patrol

BY CHRIS HARRIS | 21st Aug 2007

NISSAN has lightly revised its Patrol wagon range.

There are some minor cosmetic changes for the big four-wheel-drive, including chrome door handles and lighter colour honeycomb grille.

Anti-skid brakes have finally been added to the seven-seat ST model as standard equipment.

Surprisingly for a car that tips the scales at more than 2300kg, the base DX Patrol still does not come standard with anti-skid brakes.

Nissan has killed off the ST-S model, but has now introduced an ST model petrol after previously only offering the ST with a diesel engine.

The revised Patrol line-up now includes the following models with diesel engines: five seat DX and seven-seat ST, ST-L and Ti. Petrol Patrol models include the seven seat ST, ST-L and Ti models.
