MIRAGE suspension is a conventional affair, with MacPherson struts up front and a multi-link rear end. The struts are attached to the body and the lower arms are attached to the sub-frame mounted to the chassis by elastomer bushings.

With the multi-link system, each rear wheel is attached longitudinally to the chassis by a long trailing arm. A lower arm and an upper link attach each wheel laterally to the body and handle lateral forces for better grip and control.
