REMAPPING of the Magna's 6G74 engine ECU was vital to maintain the 3.5-litre V6's refinement. Changes included an increase in idle speed in drive mode from 635 to 680rpm to maintain idle quality, increasing the rev-limiter to 240km/h, a revised spark map to complement the higher compression, and raised air flow sensor map limit to accommodate the improved volumetric efficiency at high rpm. Other electronic highlights of the Ralliart Magna include the highly tactile steering wheel-mounted cruise control system and the torque-sensing helical gear front differential.
