THE CLK's boot space is an impressive 420-litres. The rear seat split-folds in one-third/two-thirds sections to add more flexibility and space for load carrying. Optical displays on the rear window shelf tell you whether the rear seat backs are properly locked in position. The first aid kit is stowed between the headrests.
