THE fundamentals of the C-class sedan's independent suspension are transferred to the coupe, just retuned to match its sportier nature. The front suspension is a three-link MacPherson strut system with torque strut made from aluminium. The multi-link rear suspension features reworked track rods, hub carriers and subframe. Springing and damping at the rear is performed by coil springs and gas dampers, while torsion bar stabilisers are fitted front and rear.
