CONTROLS in the C180 are positioned in the traditional European manner, with the indicator stalk to the left, the outdated cruise control stalk remaining unchanged and the headlight switch on the dash to the right of the steering wheel. The power window switches are positioned slightly too low on the driver's door, though the mutifunction steering wheel's audio, phone and trip computer functions are top-notch. The dash also contains controls for the power mirrors, driving lights, rear headrest release and headlight beam adjustment, while the steering wheel (finally) adjusts for reach and height. The mirrors are body coloured but, best of all, there are proper over-or-under doorhandles.
