THE C180's typically flat, hard European-style seats are well bolstered and offer excellent support both during spirited cornering and over long distances. Wrapped in a Tex/leather combination, the front seats are manually adjustable for reach and cushion height, although cushion tilt and seatback recline are power operated. The rear of the front seats are scalloped for extra rear legroom, but there is no seat heating or lumbar adjustment. A door-mounted power seat adjustment system is optional, while the aggressively low A-pillar does tend to hinder entry/exit somewhat.
