SIX computers control all the major systems of the car. The engine features fully sequential fuel injection. The ABS has Australian-developed gravel road strategy while third-generation traction control is standard. The transmission is electronically controlled, as is the throttle. The electronic throttle is networked to the engine computer to provide idle speed control, shift-shock reduction control, cruise control (with auto only), traction control and snow mode.
