THE Spectra uses a hydraulic road-speed sensitive power-assisted rack-and-pinion steering system. High gearing means the plastic-clad four-spoke airbag steering wheel requires 3.3 turns lock to lock. The turning circle is 9.8 metres. Power steering comes standard.
