WHAT controls there are, are almost universally well laid out and executed. It's just that you can't expect a load of gear for the money you pay. The steering wheel is height-adjustable only, there's no cruise control, no trip computer and no steering wheel controls. Otherwise, Optima buyers don't do too bad. There is an electric antenna, internal fuel flap and boot releases, variable intermittent wipers - with the stalk on the right-hand side - a front power outlet and a good driver's footrest. The overall impression is of a decent, homogenous design (apart from the radio).
