ICE the esky and leash the dog, because Jeep has turned its all-new Wrangler hard-core 4WD into a ute.

The iconic US off-road brand revealed details and images of a two-door tray-back version of the new Wrangler on its corporate PR blog website last week.

Dubbed the Wrangler JT, Jeep’s ute concept was presented alongside the Wrangler Ultimate, which is also based on the four-door Unlimited model.

The JT pick-up concept was recently tested with impressive results on the Hell’s Revenge trail in Moab, Utah.
