More affordable D-Max arrives

ISUZU has added a more affordable D-Max 4x4 crew-cab ute to its Australian line-up.

The new SX – the first additional variant to arrive since the D-Max went on sale locally last year – slots into the range $1800 below the D-Max LS-M, with a price of $38,200 plus on-road costs.

While it does not come with all the gear of the LS-M, the SX does have air-conditioning, ABS, dual airbags, limited-slip differential, remote entry and electric windows.

Isuzu has made dual airbags standard across the D-Max range, adding them to the EX 4x4 cab chassis. As a result, the price of that model has increased from $29,100 to $29,900.
