HYUNDAI’S hand may have been forced by head office with the name change from ix35 back to Tucson, but everything else about the European-designed and US-packaged mid-size SUV should put smiles on the faces of both the company and local customers.

A bit more oomph on lower-line versions, and a little less road noise, would be appreciated, however.
