THE LaVita can carry up to five occupants, each with a head restraint and four with the safety of a three-point seatbelt. Only the driver is provided with an airbag, though a front passenger airbag can be obtained as an optional extra. Storage solutions are evident throughout the cabin. Apart from the usual door bins and pockets, LaVita features a drawer under the front passenger seat, overhead sunglasses console and lidded recesses in the floor that are revealed when the rear seats are tumbled forward. Airline-type flip-up trays with integrated cup holders are located on the front seatbacks.
