Honda jazzes up Jazz

BY NEIL MCDONALD | 7th Apr 2006

AS GOAUTO reported in February, Australian-bound Honda Jazz light cars are now being sourced from Thailand instead of Japan, benefiting from zero import duty as part of Australia’s free-trade agreement with Thailand.

Consequently, Honda Australia has raised Jazz prices by $600 but air-conditioning (previously $2000) is now standard.

Retailing from $15,990, the base 1.3-litre GLi now includes remote central locking, as well as the $17,990 VTi 1.5 and $20,390 VTi-S 1.5’s new full-sized spare wheel, redesigned hubcaps and revised cabin trim.
