THE HR-V's standard audio system consists of a basic AM/FM radio/cassette with digital clock. Four speakers, two more than the three-door, are also provided.

An in-dash CD player is optional. The stereo is positioned within easy reach of the driver and its operation should present no great problems for either the driver or front passenger. The micro radio antenna is located in the centre of the roof, above the windscreen.
