THE five-door Honda HR-V had an extra 100mm added to the three-door's wheelbase to increase interior space. A fold-down tray, a la CR-V, allows front occupants to walk through to the rear seat. There are loads of storage spots throughout the cabin - a wide console integrated into the instrument panel has space for tapes or CDs, and two drinks modestly sized, curved net pockets appear on each door the driver's sunvisor can hold cards or tollway tickets a handy passenger seat side net pocket is suitable for a mobile phone and a "double decker" glovebox is provided, the top deck swallowing 3.2 litres and the lower 7.4 litres (though either have locks).
