THE Accord's rear seat squab folds flat to help maximise luggage space. The rear armrest also allows access to the boot, while the boot itself is bigger, and the opening wider. A disadvantage, common in many new cars, is that the primitive hinges can interfere with luggage if the boot is not loaded carefully.
