BY NEIL MCDONALD | 1st Mar 2006

HONDA has introduced a sports variant of its Euro medium-sized sedan and a facelifted version of its S2000 roadster.

Priced from $37,500 for the six-speed manual (auto adds $2000), the limited-issue Euro Sport is based on the baseline version of the car but adds curtain airbags, foglights, unique alloy wheels and various other body adornments.

The cabin includes an alloy gearshift, red dash illumination, some fake carbon-fibre trim and leather/cloth sports seats.

The latest S2000 has revised 17-inch wheels, drive-by-wire throttle, stability control and headrest-mounted speakers. Pricing remains unchanged at $72,590.
