EUROPEAN style remains an important part of the Vectra package. That, plus the practicality of a deep boot with a low loading height, set Vectra apart from many of its rivals. The ski port and 60/40 seatback - with security locks on the rear bench - and seat cushion split/fold provide great cargo carrying flexibility. Only the hinge struts, which can tangle with luggage, let the boot package down. The Vectra also comes with a large multi-function display incorporating an external temperature indicator, a quartz clock with the date and an audio read-out showing the radio frequency. The display's main drawback is it can be difficult to read in direct sunlight.
