DESPITE the fact the basic JR design has been in Europe since 1995 and here since 1997, Vectra still looks like a contemporary, conservatively styled Europ... well, German sedan. Now in JS Series II, it has had two makeovers since the JR original, the latest adding typical fare such as a chrome garnish around the grille and improved headlights. But the essence of the car remains and the flowing bonnet creases and integrated mirrors still catch the eye.
