FOUR-CHANNEL anti-lock braking (ABS) is standard in the Statesman. Traction control (TC) is standard too and works on controlling engine torque, or selectively braking individual rear wheels to help prevent wheelspin. A limited-slip differential (LSD) for assisting traction in slippery conditions is optional. A global positioning system (GPS) is available as an option in the Statesman.
