MONARO's controls are as per Commodore, meaning the better quality, more tactile feeling VXII-spec indicator stalk is located on the right and includes the cruise control and high-beam operation. Wipers, including intermittent and washer functions, are located on the left-hand stalk, while the light switch is located European-style at the right-hand end of the dash fascia. Power and traction control buttons are located either side of the transmission shift gate, just ahead of the (twin) power window switches, while power mirror controls are mounted on the driver's door. The centre console contains, from top, two large air vents, the dual-zone climate control unit and sound system, which includes remote control operation via steering wheel buttons. Trip computer controls are located to the left of the instrument panel.
