HOLDEN'S Jackaroo, in its current incarnation, has always been recognised as a particularly competent on-road performer for a big four-wheel drive. Recent upgrades have made the off-road Holden better, the most important change being the availability of an automatic transmission with the rugged turbo-diesel.
