THERE is nothing too exciting about the front bucket seats which are flat and basic to sit on with little bolstering, the most exotic element being the mesh cloth trim overlaid by a choice of silver or red inserts. The adjustments are all manual and the driver alone gets lumbar adjust. The rear seats are a 50:50 split-fold design which also offer two rake adjustments and a vertical setting for extra cargo capacity. All outboard passengers get height-adjustable head restraints, while there are overhead grabhandles for both outboard rear seat passengers and the front passenger. The power window operation master panel is set into the driver's door and our test car was fitted with an accessory satin silver finish, continuing on the theme from the instrument cluster. The switches fall naturally to hand while the elbow rests on a separate pad which breaks up the darkness of the door trim by being finished in a red cloth. Above the arm sits a door grip and in front of that a door lever, which was also accessorised in chrome in our test car.
