THE dictionary definition of sports sedan could well read: 'see Holden Commodore'. The latest iteration of the General's musclecar is without doubt the finest yet. Its all-alloy 5.7-litre V8 - not short of grunt in the first place - has been tweaked to deliver even more power and torque. The chassis, now benefiting from standard traction control, serves up entertaining handling and decent ride quality. Refinement levels also benefit from a new dual-damper propeller shaft and foam-filled B and C pillars.
